For over two decades, I’ve been privileged to witness researchers‘ visions evolve from initial concepts to complete projects. This outsider journey has given me more than just experience — it has shaped a holistic perspective on what truly drives a project’s success:

Through this, I’ve built a phase-by-phase approach: From assembling highly motivated and complementary consortia, to structuring the many moving parts of an idea into a coherent, actionable framework. I apply a critical lens to every element, ensuring that strategies are not just ambitious, but effective when implementing.

My own degree was in biology at the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

I set up PUNKT in 2004 in Vienna and from 2011 I continued in Switzerland.

Previous to my experience as a innovation manager, I established a department in grant management and public relations at the maize breeding company MTI in Neusiedl am See/AT, as well as the DM-plus branch of the Swiss direct marketing company (today AZ-Direct) operating in Vienna.
