2022: How I led the project PROFICIENCY to success, despite initial failure?

Learnings: In a dynamic environment of diverse stakeholders, success depends on close collaboration, clear goals, and the persistence to bring complex visions to life.

As Administrative Manager, I co-launched LINA — a five-year project funded by the Canton of Zurich to build a shared large-scale infrastructure for the safe testing and development of autonomous systems in Switzerland.
Starting from scratch, our team took on the challenge of capturing attention of a broad range of stakeholders across Switzerland for LINA’s infrastructure— and we succeeded. Guiding the project from its earliest concept through to the launch of implementation, I ensured a strong foundation for its long-term success before handing over to LINA’s technical experts.
Having access to a comprehensive network and collaborating with an engaged team was an exceptional experience – despite the many hurdles we had to overcome.
